Complete your Booking

Step 1:

Once your place at the retreat has been confirmed, please fill in the booking form online, that you´ll receive via email. Your booking is considered confirmed then. Send a copy of the payed deposit/full amount along with it, if we haven´t gotten it already via paypal.

 

Step 2:

Book your flights or travel connections. We can help you with how to travel to and through India, so don ́t hesitate to ask us about the best option for you!

 

Step 3:

The deposit of 340€ is to be payed on reservation of place. Remaining balance must be transferred until latest 15th of September 2017.

Step 4:

Insurance: Before you come to the retreat you must be covered by insurance, including adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses and eventual cost of repatriation in case you become too ill to continue, including helicopter rescue and air ambulance. It is up to you to ensure adequate insurance for the holiday you have booked. However, if you join the holiday without insurance you may not be allowed to participate, with no right of refund. Make sure you get your adequate travel insurance in advance, both medical and for any other activities you may participate in.

 

Please make sure to get your own travel insurance for your trip to Spain in case it has to be cancelled by either side of the parties.

 

Step 6:
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking after you have paid in the full amount, the following cancellation charges will be made:

between 60 and 100 days: deposit
between 40 and 60 days: 50% of the holiday cost
between 29 and 40 days: 75% of the holiday cost
28 days or less (or fail to join the holiday): 100% of the holiday cost

 

These dates refer to our receiving written notification of your cancellation.
